DBCells: An Architecture for Publishing Linked Modeling Data
Land-use and land-cover change (LUCC) models require vast amounts of data and are often difficult to reproduce or reuse. Initiatives focused on Open and Linked Data enhance the reproducibility of scientific experiments and data portability. A core pillar of the Linked Data concept is the use of Uniform Resource Identifiers (URIs). This project aims to evaluate and refine a methodology to enable the reuse, sharing, comparison, and reproduction of land-use models and datasets. This approach is supported by **DBCells**, an architecture designed for the publication of connected cellular space data. By providing a structured framework for linked cells, we aim to advance open and reproducible science within the LUCC modeling community.
